For example, to help owners envision the way their finished facility or structure will function, it is sometimes beneficial to construct full-scale mock-ups of specific work environments or building features where the design, layout, or usability may be in question. By assessing these aspects before the full-phase construction begins, the owner and KBS are able to make any necessary revisions or corrections.

This service agreement provides the peace-of-mind that our skilled craftsmen are standing by to help with any future project, be it large or small. This means we’re able to reduce mobilization time and to start work on site in the most efficient manner without putting your business at risk.
Included in our On-Call Service is a Quick Response Service (QRS). We pledge to be able to react to emergency break-ins, storm damage or any other emergency your business might experience. Our commitment is to have you secured and back in business with minimal interruption.
